FORZA Sports International was launched in September 2010 by Hendri Meyer with the vision to ultimately be a world-class training academy, empowering athletes and following a holistic training approach by placing an emphasis on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing of all our athletes.

Hendri Meyer entrusted FORZA to Annelise Human in 2021. Annelise is a passionate tennis player, something she aims to instill in all her players and coach by the motto: “Love the game and play forever!” 

Her own tennis career started at school and she has been coaching professionally since 2005. She played and coached amongst familiar South African tennis names like Nikala Scholtz, Calla Scholtz, Pieter Joubert, and Victor Hendrikz.

As a mother, Annelise has experience working with children and adults on and off the court. With a passion for tennis, development, and life Annelise creates a unique environment in which all who walk on her can court flourish.
